No, you are not allowed to change your username. All of your correspondence, posts and saved searches are linked to your username. The “Get Alerts” feature allows you to be updated automatically, via email, every time a new job listing is posted within the categories you chose. To use this feature, simply click on the “Get Alerts” button, complete the form and click on “Submit”.
When you review your “Search” results, you can get more information about the job by clicking on any of the job titles that interest you. Follow the prompts to apply for the position.
The salary information for a job will be listed next to the “Job Title” when you “search” for a job. You can click on the job title that you are interested in to get more detailed information about the opportunity.
Click on any of the job titles that interest you to get more detailed information about the job. To respond, fill out the required fields denoted by an asterisk and type your message in the message box. Complete the Captcha and then click the “Send” button.

Posting your resume, cover letter, work samples, and career objectives is an opportunity for you to tell potential employers what type of job you are looking for. You can include appropriate information such as desired job title, work hours, compensation, resume, and work samples. In your own words, describe your skills and the type of job that you are looking for in the “Describe Your Skills” box. You are allowed to upload one (1) resume and/or one (1) cover letter and five (5) work samples per job “Post.”
You will have an opportunity to review the “Post” prior to submitting it. To review your job posting after it has been submitted, log into your account and go to the “My Job Posts” section. Click on the “Post” that you would like to review.
If you cannot find your “Post” on the site, go back and review your post and make sure that you chose all the relevant categories for your “Post.” If you are still having difficulties, you may email us at support@thalo.com and we will be happy to assist you. All resumes and work samples posted on this site are considered public information and can be viewed by any individual or company. Please be 100% sure that you want your resume and work samples to be viewed by the public. For more information, visit our Privacy Policy.
The only way to know if someone has looked at your resume and work samples is if they respond to your “Post.” We do not track the number of views of your resume. You will only be notified when an employer responds to your resume and “Post.”
To edit or update your resume, cover letter, and work samples, you first must delete the current version of your resume, cover letter, and/or work samples. Then re-upload your updated resume, cover letter, and/or work samples. Do this by selecting the “My Job Posts” section of your account and clicking on the “Post” that you would like to edit/update. Click on the “Edit” link and edit the existing information on the form.
To delete your resume, cover letter, and work samples, go to the “My Job Posts” section of your account and click on the “Post” that you would like to edit/delete. Click on the “Edit” link and delete the existing information.
No. It is not necessary to include an email address with your “Post.” All potential employers will be able to respond to your “Post” through “My Inbox” in the thalo.com website.
You CANNOT block individuals or specific companies from seeing your resume, cover letter or work samples. All resumes, cover letters, and work samples posted on this site are considered public information and can be viewed by any individual or company. Once you have found a job through your “Search” results, select it and you will be prompted to submit information, which will be sent to the employer. Please make sure you fill out all required information, denoted by an asterisk. Once you have completed the form, enter the Captcha and hit “Send.”

You can review the jobs that you have applied to by going to the “My Job Posts” section of your account. The jobs that you have applied to will be listed under the “My Posts Seeking Jobs” section.
A bookmark allows you to flag a job posting. To bookmark a specific posting, click on the “Bookmark” link at the top right-hand side of the page when you are filling out a “Post”. Your bookmarks can be reviewed by logging into your account and selecting the “My Job Posts” tab.
