No, you cannot change your username. All of your correspondence, posts, and saved searches are linked to your username. If you have forgotten your username, click on the “Forgot my Username/Password” link. An email will be sent to you that includes your username and a temporary password. Log in to your account. Click on the “My Profile” tab. Change or update the information as desired. Next, click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. Then, you will see a message that states “Profile Information Updated”.

The "Get Alerts" feature allows you to be updated automatically, via email, every time a new job listing is posted within the categories you chose.
To use this feature, simply click on the "Get Alerts" button, complete the form and click on "Submit"
The "trash" in your Inbox will be automatically deleted after (60) days.
No. Your information will be stored with us unless you receive an email from us advising you that your account has been deleted, which is done at thalo’s discretion.

Three (3) to five (5) business days before your job posting is due to expire; you will receive an email from thalo inquiring about the status of your “Post”. At this point you will have the opportunity to renew your job listing for another month or let it expire. If you do not receive an email from us, you can always log into your account and renew the post through the “My Job Posts” tab. Click on the “renew this post” link next to the post you would like to renew.
When you are in the process of posting your job, you will have an opportunity to review the post prior to submitting it. To review your job posting after it has been submitted, log into your account and go to the “My Job Posts” section. Click on the “Post” that you would like to review.
You will have an opportunity to edit the post prior to submitting it. To edit/update your job posting after it has been submitted, log into your account and go to the “My Job Posts” section. Click on the title of the “Post” that you would like to edit. Then click on the “Edit” link in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.
Yes. Here is an example of a job posting:
To delete your job posting, log into your account and go to the “My Job Posts” section. Click on the check box next to the “Post” that you would like to delete. Then click on the “Delete” link in the top, right-hand corner of the screen. You will be asked if you are sure that you want to delete your post.
Yes. You will be contacted, via email, by all individuals who have responded to your job posting. You can also view all applications to your job posting(s) by logging into your account and going to the “My Job Posts” section. All responses will be listed under the “My Looking to Hire Posts” section, and as emails in your Inbox.
If you cannot find your job posting on the site, go back and review your post and make sure that you chose all the relevant categories for your job posting. If you are still having difficulties, you may email us at support@thalo.com and we will be happy to assist you. If you would like us to contact you by telephone, please be sure to include your telephone number when you send us your email.
No. It is not necessary to include an email address with your “Post.” All potential employees will be able to respond to your “Post” through the thalo.com website.
Once you receive a response to your job “Post,” you will be able to review all the details about the potential employee. After reviewing the information, you can respond to the potential employee via email through thalo.com.
In order to search the thalo.com database of reusmes and candidates, you must have a thalo.com account that has a valid job posting and/or a posting credit(s). The “Search” feature allows you to search for potential employees by keyword, city and state, zip code, job category and job title. Once you input your search criteria, click on the “Go” button and then you can review your results. You can Search the database of resumes/candidates by clicking on the "Employers Click Here" link.
