I grew up in Jupiter, FL with a passion for art since I was a young girl. It only took a few classes and some art books to get me going. I'm mostly self taught and specialize in Acrylic Paint, although I love all art forms! My professional background lies in Film and Theater as a stagehand, lighting technician and camera operator. This career has inspired new techniques and ideas for my own art. I currently own and operate my business, Michelle's Art Box, LLC, and sell art and souvenirs in New Orleans and now in South Bend, Indiana! As a Grumbacher Instructor at Michael's, I look to inspire new artists so that they can be all they can be in this colorful and exciting world we live in!
