My name is Todd Marshall, and I am an Art Director, Senior Concept Artist, and Paleontological Illustrator.

I've worked in the entertainment industry for the last few decades as a specialist in 2D art (traditional and digital) for digital gaming companies, motion pictures and film, and the music industries.
I've been incredibly fortunate enough to have working the last 16 years in the digital gaming industry in art direction, conception and design. Creating and setting the look and style of new IP's and this has been a great passion of mine. I've work with, and led teams of the most talented artists in the industry that continue to push the boundaries in digital art.
As a professional paleo-illustrator I've reconstructing prehistoric animals for multi-media worldwide.
My education includes a BA in illustration and fine arts from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, one of the world’s best art institutions. I was mentored at Stan Winston’s Special Effects Studio in Los Angeles, California, by their (former) Senior Concept Designer, Mark “Crash” McCreery, one of the greatest motion picture concept artists of our time.
I’ve been awarded “The John J. Lanzendorf Award: for Best 2D Paleo-Illustrator of 2005”, by the international society, the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology (SVP). The highest honor a professional paleo-artist can achieve.
I’ve had many titles in the game industry; from Lead Artist with 4 released titles at Sunstorm Inc., Art Director for Sinister Games Inc. (an Ubi Soft studio), and Senior Concept Artist at Volition Inc. (a THQ studio); working on next generation AAA titles such as Saints Row, Red Faction: Guerrilla, Red Faction Armageddon, and creature designer for Guillermo del Toro’s: InSane.
I have strong leadership, teaching and mentoring abilities. I’m use to working on tight deadlines, and producing the highest quality art assets.
