I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree in Art Education and from Ferris State University with an Associates Degree in Visual Communications. I create work in a variety of mediums and styles reflecting my training in the graphic arts and art education. I am currently creating art on a freelance basis and participated in ArtPrize in 2009 through 2012. I approach all of my art as an exploration. As a former professor at Western Michigan University, Dr. Edward Jacomo stated, “We are asking the same questions as scientists. What happens if? How does this work? And why did this occur?” I have taught art for four years both elementary and high school.
