Self-Biography Libia Goncalves/ Libia Amparo Quintero Usma. dcolorex@gmail.com www.Dcolorex.com Colombo-American Artist. Mission: Share Knowledge. I hold a Bachelor Degree on Medical Technologist from Manizales Catholic University from Colombia in 1984, and Newton-Wellesley Health Care 1997. Not working on the field right now though. Migrated to USA in 1989 and became a citizen in 1994 Painting is my passion. Long time ago, I started with watercolors as a hobby, later on I took responsibility of my painting, and since 2003 I explore Oils, Watercolors and Acrylics media. I attended Worcester Art Museum and John Kilroy’s Academy for art lesson. Adjoined FAA and BVAA with whom I had exhibit my work since 2010. I teach art lessons for beginners in my studio in Milford, Ma since 2012. Also, I am the host of the Milford TV show DColorex: The Color Expression by Libia A.
