Recently I'm a Grumbacher art instructor at Michael's Stores. I'm an artist with a professional background in graphic design, from Toronto, Canada. I love to create clean and elegant designs for: Brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards and any other marketing collateral. I have traveled to several countries including: Japan, Spain, Germany, Portugal, and Czech Republic. When I have my artist hat on I typically gravitate to representational artwork. I tend to explore the juxtaposition of imagery and surface. The reaction of paint on the surface and the reaction of the image on a surface. I also have a background in visual arts education. I tend to educate the fundamentals of simplifying your subject, relate it to elements of design, and then finally how to talk about art.
