Katrina Vogler is a visual artist currently living in Whitehall, Michigan. She was born in the Philippines and later moved to the United States in 1985. She graduated and earned her Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She was primarily trained to draw from live models and used oil paint as her primary medium. She later decided to switch to painting with acrylics as her primary medium due to its versatility and quick drying time. She participated in art auctions, art exhibits and was accepted to multiple juried art shows in both Toledo and Michigan where she displayed and sold her paintings. She specializes in landscape, portraiture, still life, animal and abstract paintings and drawings. She is currently a freelance artist and have taught painting and drawing classes for many years.
