Jeffrey Y. Burns is a freelance concept artist and illustrator living in Manteca, California. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, the first of two children. Jeffrey (Jeff) Burns attended East Los Angeles Occupational Center where he gained a certificate in Advertising Design. After 20+ years as a graphic designer, working predominantly in print media, he decided to become one of the freelance illustrators he was so often handing assignments to. Since crossing over, Jeff has had the pleasure of working on a variety of assignments including; illustrations for a couple of children's books, visual development (including story boards for animated shorts), a battery of illustrations for the table top gaming industry, and a successfully funded Kickstarter art book. He works both digitally and with traditional mediums.
