Fred Bailey has been doing Artwork for most of his life. In high school he was known as one of the best in the school. In college (engineering) he supported himself by painting murals in homes. He has been published in magazines and has been in several juried shows in New England. He works in oils, acrylics, water color, pencil, and graphic design.
