David Hilborn is a multi-medium Visual Artist. His work over the years has varied in style and technique while maintaining consistency through unique color harmonies, complex patterning and exposed structures. He creates his works to express the way he perceives his environment and to give the viewer a small glimpse into what he believes art to be. When he's not creating personal work in the studio, He is usually out creating artwork or bodypainting for corporate and private events. While painting live he tends to interpret the energy of the music and audience onto the canvas through various mediums. Majority of his works are created with graphite or acrylic however he has broadened his experience to also work with; glass blowing, jewelry making, small sculpture, oil painting, charcoals, bronze/lost wax mold techniques, paper/printmaking, silkscreening, photography, graphic design, faux finishing/murals, and custom clothing.
