Independent Designers Shake Up Milan Fashion Week

Milan Fashion Week has always attracted the world's leading designers, but some catwalk shows have seen their thunder stolen by fashionistas holding impromptu shows outside on the streets. Unable to obtain tickets for the main events, but full of enthusiasm and ideas, a growing number of young designers are exhibiting their creations outside the shows and letting social networking do the rest.
