Celeb Chef Paul Virant Wants a Rematch!

Paul Virant, of Chicago's Perennial Virant and Vie restaurants, competed against Iron Chef Morimoto on the Food Network's cooking competition show. At Cadillac's Road to Table Dinner featuring the celeb chef's gourmet farm-to-table cuisine, he told CelebTV he only lost by one point and actually won for flavor during the fighting pheasant competition. Now he would like a rematch!
