Rumors have been swirling for months, but now it's official! Kelly Osbourne and boyfriend of two years Matthew Mosshart are engaged! The couple spilled the news in an interview with Hello Magazine telling the mag they were on vacation when Matthew popped the question. Matthew revealed, "We were on a balcony that overlooks the ocean. It was just beautiful. She said yes!" How sweet! Kelly's ring was even designed to look like an earring her father Ozzy used to wear.
