A petition on the White House's 'We the People' website is asking for the US national anthem to be changed from 'The Star-Spangled Banner' to 'Party In The U.S.A' by Miley Cyrus. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) has more on the bizarre petition, and why this would absolutely never happen.
