Gay Pride celebrations take place in Paris and London. In cue with the pink parade some books by LGBT authors... One certainly knows what the letters LGBT stand for -- Lesbian-Gay-Bisexual-Transgender -- Three first identities have had quite a number of representatives throughout the history of literature. Greek poetess Sappho sang Lesbian love, British poet Carol Ann Duffy is the first openly gay person to hold the office of Poet Laureate.
