From bare faced to camera ready, Katy Perry is inviting us to check out her beauty routine. The California Girl is playing Vogue cover girl for the mag's July issue, and has no problem opening up about her skin and hair regimens, and also her insecurities. Katy talks about the decision to dye her hair black, and why she has finally decided to stop wearing such dramatic makeup. Turns out Katy used to load on the paint because she was insecure about her skin! The cover girl also tells the mag that her favorite feature are her eyes and brows since they frame her whole face.
