Britney Spears releases her new song 'Ooh La La,' which will be featured on the upcoming 'Smurfs 2' movie soundtrack. She's also reportedly teaming with Will.i.am for her upcoming eighth album, after the duo's wildly successful 'Scream & Shout.'
