Road Workers Mistakenly Paint Tiny Alley

Road workers in Swindon, England apparently didn't know how big cars were when they painted double yellow lines on an alleyway that is only three feet wide. The double yellow lines leave a pathway that's only 13 inches wide in the 60-ft alley. That's barely wide enough for a bike, let alone to park a car!
