After elBulli Closure: Super Chef, 'Busier Than Ever'

Two years after shutting down elBulli, Catalan Super Chef, Ferran Adria, has a new project: to transform his globally renowned restaurant into a foundation he describes as "part Cirque du Soleil, part Dali Museum, part MIT Medialab." To fund the new foundation, he is selling elBulli's wine collection at auction at Sotheby's in New York.
