Buddhist Monk Uses Calligraphy to Induce Meditation

The art of meditation through calligraphy is the aim of an exhibit in Thailand of more than 20 works by Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh that are imbued with messages of Buddhist wisdom. Through calligraphy, an ancient technique of Chinese origin, Thich Nhat Hanh turns his attention to the graceful movements of the brush to plunge into a state of meditation and clairvoyance.
