His latest album titled 'La Musica No Se Toca' has been certified gold in Brazil, which is a feat uncommon for artists singing in Spanish, but for Spain-born singer Alejandro Sanz, the new Latin-pop album is an international success. It's been certified quintuple-platinum in Spain, double-platinum in Colombia, platinum in Mexico and gold in the US. Sanz is the recipient of three Grammy awards and sixteen Latin Grammy awards and has sold more than 22 million albums throughout the span of his career. He continues to tweet and thank his fans for the support in Brazil.
