British auction house Kerry Taylor sold Tuesday ten dresses that belonged to Diana, Princess of Wales, for a total value of 862,800 pounds. A blue velvet outfit by English designer Victor Edelstein, which the princess wore to the White House in 1985, was the item that fetched the highest price, 240,000 pounds.
