Music media mogul Jay-Z signed singer Kylie Minogue to Roc Nation, his label and entertainment company. As John Basedow reports, the Australian-born Minogue, a 25-year veteran in the music business and Grammy Award winner, joins Roc's elite client roster, which includes Rihanna, as she continues to work on her 12th studio album.
