He may be a successful hip-hop artist on the verge of launching his latest album 'Rise of an Empire,' but Lil Wayne's finances are reportedly not so fine. According to TMZ, the pop star owes the IRS over $12 million for two years of avoiding his taxes, and this isn't the first time. The superstar reportedly failed to pay taxes in 2008 and 2009.
