Miley Cyrus kicked off her 'Bangerz' tour in Vancouver, and she had some crazy moments onstage, including the singer making her grand entrance on a giant inflatable tongue slide, her tiny sparkly stage costumes, twerking galore, and gyrating on top of golden cars and giant hot dogs.
