From olive oil tasting to sushi workshops and "tapa" competitions, the 25th edition of Madrid's "Salon de Gourmets" gastronomic fair is officially underway and will be open until Thursday. Many of the event's attractions are aimed at younger visitors and look to "educate" future "gourmets".
