From Szechuan-style lobster to gold-leaf wrapped Oscar chocolate statuettes, celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck and his staff are preparing dozens of dishes for the gala on Hollywood's biggest awards night Sunday. Puck, owner of Spago with some 20 restaurants worldwide, has catered the Oscars' Governors Ball for 19 years. Sterling Vineyards of California and Champagne Thiénot of France are exclusive providers for this year's 1,500-guest event.
