Lady Gaga Not Allowed to Perform In Doritos Vending Machine

Austin, Texas is gearing up for the SXSW Festival and one of the biggest attractions is the Doritos Bold Stage, where artists perform in what looks like a giant vending machine. But the city would not approve Lady Gaga to perform on the stage because of safety concerns. Kristina Behr (@KristinaBehr) has the scoop.
