In recent years, technological advances have dramatically increased to new qualitative stages. Cellular gadgets can now be compared with standard computer performance. Initially, smartphones were more efficient than cell phones, and now they are a trendy, smart charging system.

Life changes that are very important to everyone will be the pillars of the next innovation.

In this region, there have been some successes. For example, Microsoft proved ten years ago that the door can be opened with a mobile device. Mobile technology, which reduces home energy consumption by 10 to 20 percent, is now considered an important advance.

Smart thermostats can now be found and when no one is at home, the heater is turned off. At high building temperatures, the fired window opens. There is a light switch when the person leaves the room that automatically shuts down and the washing machine carries a Wi-Fi signal. Although the price is still very high, some of these techniques can still be purchased.

We will be talking about eight new technologies that can dramatically change our future.

  1. Thermal pocket

Scientists have been working on passive solar heating for years. The  Dutch are the first to use this tool in construction and have reaped the benefits of solar panel cost, in doing so.

The main element of innovation is that the typical house (usually a two-story building) can be fitted with a glass façade. The interior walls of the house and facades form air spaces where temperatures are between 5 and 6 degrees Celsius, always higher than the outside temperature.

Stained glass consists of several inlets connected by a single control system. House occupants use a thermostat to regulate the specific heat level that the unit will maintain during the daytime when the vents open or closes. You can't use air conditioning in this apartment, and energy costs only decrease when using a thermostat to maintain the temperature.

Rainwater collection devices and solar panels supplying air heaters are also installed in stained glass windows. Performance is also sufficient for washing machines in this way.

  1. Smart light bulbs

At the beginning of the millennium, inefficient incandescent lights were identified as a source of enormous energy consumption costs. It took over 10 years for LEDs and energy efficient lamps to become the primary choice for consumers.

However, there is a new trend in this field: not only do you need to save energy, but you also need a smart light bulb. This is going to save more energy.

Such a technique first appeared in the 1990s in the United States. This plan mimics the activities of the building's residents. The lights can be lit at one point so that future theft will be prevented since home invaders would believe that there's somebody in the room.

Lighting control has expanded its function at our time. For instance, your smartphone can connect and manage systems such as Wi-Fi remotely.

Home Kit, an iPhone home phone synchronization tool, was released last year by Apple. Home appliance manufacturers can use this technology for their goods to add communication components and software that can communicate with iPhone apps.

Spare parts cost is the only major obstacle to the development of this technology. A smart switch's price is currently around $100, according to the American company, Carnes Audio. This will increase the cost of energy-efficient housing for several thousand dollars.

  1. Bio-Refrigerator

The refrigerator is one of the most important consumers of energy in every household. Despite changes in electronic design and control, the refrigerator operating system has remained virtually unchanged for nearly 100 years.

Cooling refrigerants require a constant supply of electricity, which accounts for 8-10% of the household energy consumed by the refrigerator.

Much research has been done to produce new refrigerators. The most successful innovation is the new type of cooler. For example, the concept of Russ Yuri Dmitriev, an "organic refrigerator," is one of the latest most popular ideas.

This creative refrigerator is a reservoir with a unique cooling gel modeled by Dmitriev. Products may be soaked in gel and stored at adjustable temperatures. This substance is based on odorless and non-sticky biopolymers.

This concept of cooling can be described as futuristic. The gel is a unique nanorobot device that converts heat to light. The brighter the surface gel, the more items are refreshed.

The refrigerator control panel only needs to be operated because power consumption needs to be minimized. This idea has not been adopted, but at the same time, there are a number of similar trends around the world.
