Keith Haring, 'The Political Line'

Paris' Museum of Modern Art is staging an exhibition on Keith Haring, the famous American street artist who died of AIDS in 1990, aged 31. The show, entitled "The Political Line", focuses on Haring's radical commitment against the oppression of the individual in whatever form it takes -- state, religion, or social prejudice. He is an emblematic figure of 1980s New York.
