LOOKING BACK: Guggenheim Bilbao Museum Turns 15

Fifteen years ago on Thursday, the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain was inaugurated. The initiative to build a second home of the New York museum came from the Basque Government and the provincial council, which sought to put Bilbao on the international art circuit.
