Rosa de la Cosa shows us her house in Sabana Mula, close to the eastern border with Haiti. The mother of seven also has a host of grandchildren. Her oldest son works in arts and crafts, earning money to help his extended family. His colorful butterflies and flowers adorn the walls of the living room.
